These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PageShare.ai, including the website, dashboard, API, CLI, MCP integrations, hosted pages, and related services. By using PageShare, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

PageShare is operated by Cramblin Advertising Inc. PageShare helps users upload, publish, protect, update, and analyze static web pages.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account, API keys, CLI sessions, and connected MCP clients.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your authentication credentials secure.
• You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or other service restrictions.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish through PageShare. You grant us the rights needed to host, store, process, transmit, display, protect, analyze, and otherwise operate the service for that content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions needed to publish your content and to configure any visitor access, tracking, custom domain, or analytics settings, including any visitor notice or consent obligations that apply to your audience.

Acceptable Use

You may not use PageShare to:

• Violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.
• Publish malware, phishing pages, credential-harvesting flows, deceptive impersonation, spam, or abusive content.
• Upload secrets, payment-card numbers, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data unless you are sure the page should contain it and you have the right to publish it.
• Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security or rate limits for PageShare or related systems.
• Use PageShare to harm, harass, defraud, or exploit other people.

Hosted Pages And Public URLs

Hosted pages may be public, password-protected, email-restricted, or otherwise configured depending on your plan and settings. Public and shareable URLs can be viewed by anyone who has access to the URL and satisfies the configured access controls.

We may remove, disable, expire, or restrict hosted pages if needed to enforce these terms, protect the service, comply with law, or address security, abuse, or operational concerns.

Plans, Billing, And Renewals

Some PageShare features may require a paid plan. Prices, limits, and included features may change over time. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, and Stripe may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage billing from your PageShare account or by contacting support.

Third-Party Services And Connected Clients

PageShare may integrate with third-party services such as Cloudflare, Clerk, Stripe, Sentry, email providers, ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP, API, or automation clients. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Service Changes And Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of PageShare at any time. We work to keep PageShare reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

PageShare is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PageShare and Cramblin Advertising Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using PageShare at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for PageShare or others, fail to pay amounts owed, or if we need to comply with law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as PageShare changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice appropriate to the change. Continued use of PageShare after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
